In a world that’s noisy, busy, and constantly pulling us in every direction, running can be an anchor. It clears space in our minds, opens our hearts, and reminds us what we’re capable of; oh, and yeah, the ‘exercise is good for you’ part is a bonus too.
This is a space for the gritty, the curious, and the ones who get back up.
I’m Sophie Geraghty: ultrarunner, coach, photographer, and slightly chaotic human, and I created Dirtnap Diaries to illustrate that anything is possible, for anyone. It's not a skill that needs teaching, it's a mindset that needs to believing.

With the right community, anyone can achieve anything. I work with runners of all experience levels to chase meaningful goals, grow through discomfort, and enjoy the process, with a massive smile on their face (most of the time).
