The Full Story
I’ve taken a few dirtnaps in my time.

Level 2 Run Coach (Athletics Australia)
ALTIS Foundation Course

I'm also a mum, photographer, wife, border collie mum and mischief-maker! My philosophy of running is that it should bring you joy, inspiration and motivate you in ways you never thought possible. It's also WAY more fun with your own personal cheer squad!
Some were on trails 200km into a race, others in life when things felt too heavy to carry. But each time, I got up, reset, and kept moving forward. That’s what Dirtnap Diaries is all about.
I’m an expertly caffeinated, dyslexic ultra runner, photographer, and coach with ADHD. I’ve run 240km to the summit of Mt Kosciuszko, tackled the Larapinta Trail, and climbed through the mountains of New Zealand, for fun. I’m also a Surf Coast Century Ambassador (2025) and passionate advocate for choosing discomfort in pursuit of growth.

My path hasn’t been smooth. I grew up watching my parents navigate mental health and addiction, and that experience lit a fire in me, to build something different, and to help others believe they can too.
Now, I work with young people, athletes, and everyday legends to chase the things that matter. I teach goal setting and growth mindset in schools, coach runners to go further than they thought possible, and speak to audiences about resilience, failure, and finding purpose in the hard stuff.
This isn’t just my story. It’s yours too, if you’re ready to do hard things.

Mission
Dirtnap Diaries exists to empower people to do hard things.
Through storytelling, coaching, education and community, we help people step into discomfort, build resilience, and rewrite the stories they tell themselves. We believe in learning through failure, setting bold goals, and lifting others as we climb.

Because life will knock you down. The question is, what will you do when you hit the dirt?

Vision
Dirtnap Diaries envisions a world where people embrace discomfort, see failure as fuel, and pursue bold goals with courage, community, and conviction.

As someone who has lived through anxiety, disordered eating, and imposter syndrome at different stages of life, I know what it feels like to question your worth or your ability. That’s why my vision is for every athlete, student, or seeker who crosses this path to realise that, no matter where they’re starting from, they have the power to take control of their story, chase their goals, and grow into the strongest version of themselves.

We rise, we reset, we move forward, and we bring others with us.
